WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING ABOUT THIS BOOK
I went to my local Ford dealer with a problem with the rear brakes failing to disengage,
the Dealer said i needed the following work done replace the emergency brake cables,
rear brake shoes.Aso i had a small coolant leak they said i needed a gasket on the
thermostate housing. The cost for all this $860.49. Well i remembered what you said
in the book about read the owners manual,and i relized that my truck was still under
warranty,when i talked to the Service Manager again john thats what you said to do,
he quickly danced around the fact they were trying to rip me off.He said they did not
realize it was still under warranty [ ya right ] they also had to replace the rear brake
shoes as the cables caused there failure.All i had to pay for was the thermostate housing
gasket. The total cost to me was $79.81. Thank you for that book and the info it gave

Hi John i want to thank you right up front you saved me almost a thousand dollars,
being a women its easy for a repair shop to take advantage of us.But not anymore,
i took my Toyota Camry to my local Dealer it was not running smooth and getting
hard to start.[i purchased it there] They told me it was going to cost me $997.58
